SLOW SMOKED MEATS

If you love the flavor of slow smoked meats, The Butcher Block fires up our custom smoker to provide our customers with everything from smoked salmon and wings to brisket, pork, chicken and more!   We have to say, our slow smoked meats don't last long so the best thing to do is call the store to see what we're putting on the smoker and when it'll be ready for pick up in the store.  This allows you to get the freshest smoked meats you can find.

Our smoked chicken wings and our beef and pork burnt ends are da' bomb!
