The Butcher Block offers our customers the opportunity to save big money by purchasing cuts of beef or pork in bulk. These savings come from purchasing either a whole cow or swine and having us cut and package the meat for you to freeze. You also have the option to buy a partial meat package such as 1/4 or 1/2 and split the overall costs with other individuals seeking to purchase in bulk. bulk Ordering can reduce the overall costs of meat by as much as 30%.
